All FA Cup matches LIVE: Non-league Kidderminster beating West Ham

05 February 2022 03:05

It's FA Cup fourth round weekend - and we have some cracker games to get stuck into.

We've already had Middlesborough shockingly beating Manchester United in a penalty shootout on Friday night, and today we're set to see even more drama today.

National League North side Kidderminster will look to cause an upset against West Ham, Chelsea play host to Plymouth Argyle, and an all-Premier League tie later will see Brighton take on Tottenham in the late kick-off.

So, to help you through a mammoth day of FA Cup football, we decided to create a live blog to keep you abreast of everything going on during today's 12 games.

67' - Here's how Chelsea drew level

63' - Substitutions

West Ham:
On - Tomas Souceck, Aaron Cresswell
Off - Ben Johnson, Mark Noble

Chelsea:
On - Kai Havertz
Off - Callum Hudson-Odoi

Plymouth:
On - Niall Ennis, Ryan Hardie
Off - Luke Jephcott, Jordan Garric

60' - Great save!

Finally! West Ham have created a chance!

Jarrod Bowen has a shot brilliantly well saved by Luke Simpson in goal.

58' - Chelsea have a goal disallowed!

From Deeley:

"Chelsea have the ball in the net a second time – Azpilicueta again! – but this one's ruled out for offside. They've started the second half much the same way they finished the first, but with Lukaku looking more lively."

50' - Bit better from West Ham

West Ham have started to play slightly better.although that isn't really saying much.

45' - We're back underway in both games!

And we have a few substitutions to report:

West Ham:
On - Declan Rice, Craig Dawson.
Off - Alex Kral, Issa Diop.

Chelsea:
On - Marcos Alonso.
Off - Andreas Christensen.

Half-time - Chelsea 1-1 Plymouth

Half-time - Kidderminster 1-0 West Ham

42' - GOALLLLL! CHELSEA DRAW LEVEL!

Chelsea captain has drawn his side level!

Can't say it wasn't coming.

Here's what our man Deeley had to say about the goal:

"Mason Mount played a low ball across the six-yard box and Azpilicueta was making the near-post run (for some reason?) and pulled out a beautiful backheel flick that he had absolutely no right scoring."

35' - Another one

That's right, Chelsea have hit the post - AGAIN.

Kovacic's brilliant strike from 20 yards out cannoned off the post and wide. Unlucky mate.

33' - Here's how Kidderminster took the lead

27' - Chelsea hit the crossbar - again!

Unbelievable - they've bloody hit the bar again.

This time is was Callum Hudson-Odoi who did it, heading off the bar from point-blank range.

26' - Chris Deeley on Chelsea - Plymouth

"Chelsea starting to knock on the door, but every time they look like doing something they give the initiative away again.

"CHO was set free, ran down a blind alley for a goal kick instead of doing anything with it. Couple of corners, either missing everyone or straight onto Plymouth heads. Credit Argyle though, they're very solid in their deep formation,"

25' - Sterling goes close from a free kick

It's all Kidderminster at the moment.

Sterling's free kick from the edge of the box just whistled wide of the post.

19' - GOALLLL!!! KIDDERMINSTER HAVE TAKEN THE LEAD

Unbelievable! The non-league side are one up!

Alex Penny with the goal following some calamitous goalkeeping from a free kick.

12' - Here's how Plymouth took the lead

10' - Kovacic hits the crossbar!

Chelsea almost nab an equaliser, but are denied by the crossbar. Great strike from the Croatian.

8' - Kidderminster chance

West Ham have been the better side so far, but it's Kidderminster who have mustered the first half-chance of the game, with Sam Austin's strike from the edge of the box forcing Areola into a save.

8' - GOALL!!!!!! Plymouth have taken the lead!

Free kick whipped in from the left that former Carlisle man Macauley Gillesphey might've got a little flick on as it flew into the far corner. What a start for the Argyle.

1' - West Ham 0-0 Kidderminster

The thing first thing that happened in the game? Kurt Zouma hoofing the ball 80 yards up field and out for a goal kick.

Yep, it's going to be one of those games.

12.30pm - KICK OFF

Kidderminster vs West Ham and Chelsea vs Plymouth are now underway!

12.25pm - Chelsea fans happy with starting XI

12.12pm - West Ham's last FA Cup clash with Kidderminster

The Irons last faced Kidderminster way back in 1994, when they beat non-league side 1-0 in the FA Cup fifth round.
