The influencer has over 500,000 followers and shared the tragic story of how her youngest child, Stevie, passed away in May after being diagnosed with a brain tumor. Stock also has two young sons, and her feed features several tributes to her late daughter. One recent post features a pretty important cameo, though, as her two sons were able to spend the day with a smile as a special individual showed up.
