Cruzeiro claimed an overdue win in the Campeonato Brasileiro, 2-0 against Atletico PR.
Goals from Giorgian De Arrasceta in the 41st minute and Marinho in the 73rd secured Cruzeiro's first win in four league games and only their fourth of the campaign. Atletico had Walter sent off in the last minute.
Chapecoense beat nine-man Vasco da Gama 1-0 thanks to Neto's 75th-minute goal. Christiano hald already been sent off and Jhon Cley followed shortly after the goal.
Coritiba and Joinville drew 0-0.
