Groupama FDJ's Marc Sarreau took the win on the third stage of the Etoile de Besseges.The 158km stage which started and finished in Besseges, came down to a sprint which Sarreau won in 3.26.31 ahead of Cofidis' Christope Laporte and Mikel Aristi of Euskadi.Laparte leads the race going into the final stage by five seconds from Bryan Coquard and six seconds ahead of Sarreau who said about his win: "I'm really happy!
