Rotherham hope to see midfielder Lee Frecklington return for Blackburn match

Rotherham still have a raft of injury concerns as they face a second key fixture in successive weeks against fellow relegation candidates after their defeat at Bristol City.

The rock-bottom Millers, up against it already to avoid the drop this season, hope to have midfielder Lee Frecklington back from his ankle injury.

Hamstring problems are still troubling Darnell Fisher, Aimen Belaid and Dexter Blackstock - although the latter was an unused substitute last week.

Kirk Broadfoot (back), Lee Camp and Jonson Clarke-Harris (both knee) remain on the sidelines.

Blackburn have no fresh injury concerns ahead of the trip to South Yorkshire.

Owen Coyle could therefore stick with the side that won 1-0 against QPR in contentious circumstances last time out.

If he was to make alterations, the likes of loan signings Marvin Emnes and Lucas Joao will be pushing for a place in the starting XI.

Midfielder Hope Akpan came off the bench against Rangers after returning from a minor knock and could start, while Tommie Hoban (shoulder) will be hoping to be in contention.
