League One's current top goal scorer Eoin Doyle has started the season like a house on fire for Chesterfield, scoring an incredible eleven goals in eight matches including back to back hat-tricks, something that has never previously been achieved by a player at The Spireites.

Another contender for Septembers PFA Fans' Player of the Month award is MK Dons starlet Dele Alli. The 18-year-old has scored six goals in nine League One appearances so far this season for MK Dons, bagging himself a hat-trick and an assist during a hugely impressive display against Crewe culminating in a 6-1 win for the Dons. Alli was also part of the team that dismantled Manchester United in a first round Capital One Cup tie. Alli played all 90 minutes and was rumoured to have been watched by scouts from numerous elite clubs including German giants Bayern Munich.

Bristol City pair Aaron Wilbraham and Kieran Agard are also in with a shout after impressive starts to the 2014/15 season. Wilbraham signed from Crystal Palace on a one-year deal and has scored eight goals in nine appearances for Bristol, repaying the faith they showed in him this summer. Agard joined City from Rotherham United during the summer and hasn't looked back, scoring three goals in five appearances making the former Arsenal and Everton youth player an important member of the team at Bristol.
