Pakistan bat in second New Zealand one-dayer

Pakistan captain Misbah-ul Haq won the toss and decided to bat in the second day-night international against New Zealand in Sharjah on Friday.

Pakistan, who won the first match by three wickets in Dubai for a 1-0 lead in the five-match series, brought in left-arm seamer Sohail Tanvir for Umar who is still not fully fit.

New Zealand were forced to sit out spearhead Kyle Mills who injured his groin and was replaced by Mitchell McClenaghan while Corey Anderson and Matt Henry were also in for Jimmy Neesham and Nathan McCullum.

The remaining matches are in Sharjah (December 14) and Abu Dhabi (December 17 and 19).
