West Brom have agreed a deal worth £15m for Huddersfield Town striker Karlan Grant, concluding months of talks between the two clubs, with the player due for his medical on Thursday.
Slaven Bilic has been fine-tuning his side in preparation for their return to the Premier League, but had as of yet failed to land the striker that he desired.
