In an effort to overhaul a culture mired by mediocrity, the Miami Dolphins have gone out and hired another person with ties to the New England Patriots. On Wednesday, the Dolphins announced the hiring of former Patriots wide receiver Tiquan Underwood, who was cut by the team the day before Super Bowl XLVI, a game the team would go on to lose 21-17 to the New York Giants.
