Free agent Eric Reid has been one of the most outspoken figures in the NFL dating back to 2016, when both he and Colin Kaepernick were kneeling during the National Anthem to protest police violence and racial injustice in America. After filing grievances against the league, both men have been labeled outcasts, with Reid recently finding a home in Carolina until this past offseason.
