To summarise: Second-placed Leeds have lost four of their last five and tonight travel to fifth-placed Brentford, who have the best defence in the division as well as the second-best attack and have only lost twice in two months. Fourth-placed Nottingham Forest have beaten both Brentford and Leeds in the last fortnight, and tonight host relegation-haunted Charlton, who have also beaten both Brentford and Leeds this season, but have won only six other games, and two in 19 since mid-October (neither of them away).
