London Irish scrum-half Brendan McKibbin is one of three players to face a disciplinary hearing on Tuesday night.
The 30-year-old was sent off in the 45-14 Aviva Premiership defeat at home to Bath on Saturday for stamping on Henry Thomas.
Lorenzo Cittadini of Wasps was dismissed for punching Gloucester's Billy Twelvetrees in a match his side won 23-3 and will also appear in front of the panel, as will Saracens forward Jacques Burger, who has received two citing commissioner warnings for acts contrary to good sportsmanship.
Twelvetrees' team-mate David Halaifonua and Riccardo Brugnara from the Leicester Tigers will have their own cases, for a dangerous tackle and kicking respectively, heard on Wednesday evening.
