Fijian winger Timoci Nagusa has extended his stay at Montpellier up until 2018, the French Top 14 rugby club said on Monday.

The popular 27-year-old international arrived at Montpellier from Ulster in 2010 and has played over 100 games for them, ending the 2011-2012 season as the highly competitive league's top try scorer with 11.

A former policeman in his homeland Nagusa has also been Montpellier's top try scorer in three seasons and his previous contract had been due to run until June 2016.

He is one of three Fijians at the club alongside winger Samisoni Viriviri and flanker Akapusi Qera and Montpellier are currently seventh in the league.
