West Ham increase security for Premier League visit of Southampton

• Changes made to police and steward levels • Barriers are put up to protect the directorsPolice will be inside as well as outside the London Stadium for West Ham’s game on Saturday and significantly more stewards will be on duty to try to prevent a repeat of the disorder which marred the previous game there.Details of the additional security measures for Southampton’s visit were released on Thursday and it is understood the operation will cost around £60,000.
