Fulham won their first play-off match at the eighth attempt and are now 90 minutes from the Premier League after rediscovering their best form at a cacophonous Craven Cottage.Two second-half goals, one from Ryan Sessegnon and the other from Denis Odoi, were enough to overturn a first-leg deficit and dispatch a determined Derby side. The visitors had played in containment mode for much of the two legs, but ultimately could not hold out, and it was Sessegnon who made the difference. Before the match manager Slavisa Jokanovic had been keen to keep the pressure off his England prodigy, who only turns 18 on Friday, but he is only going to get more attention now.
