Great Britain made the perfect start to their Fed Cup campaign by thrashing a weak Bosnia-Herzegovina team 3-0 in Lisbon.
Elena Baltacha and Katie O'Brien easily won their singles encounters, before Baltacha teamed up with Sarah Borwell to complete the whitewash with success in the doubles.
O'Brien said after beating Ema Burgic: "I think to be honest the match was in my control. I think it was all about me being solid and making her move and that's what I did really."
British number one Baltacha annihilated Sandra Martinovic 6-1, 6-1 as she continued to show the form that saw her reach the third round at last month's Australian Open.
She said after her latest success: "I think the most important thing was that I got a win. I think I played really well in patches and in patches not great."
