Ian McGeechan has made eight changes to his British & Irish Lions side for Saturday's third and final Test against South Africa.With the series already over following two narrow defeats in Durban and Pretoria, McGeechan has decided to ring the changes for the final game in Johannesburg.

World Player of the Year Shane Williams has been handed a first Test start instead of Luke Fitzgerald on the wing, while Ugo Monye returns to the opposite flank.

Tommy Bowe and Riki Flutey will form a new-look centre partnership with both Brian O'Driscoll (concussion) and Jamie Roberts (wrist) ruled out.

England props Andrew Sheridan and Phil Vickery will step in for injured pair Gethin Jenkins (fractured cheekbone) and Adam Jones (dislocated shoulder).

England flanker Joe Worsley and Wales openside Martyn Williams also come into the back row.

Lions squad for the third Test:
15 Rob Kearney, 14 Ugo Monye, 13 Tommy Bowe, 12 Riki Flutey, 11 Shane Williams, 10 Stephen Jones, 9 Mike Phillips, 8 Jamie Heaslip, 7 Martyn Williams, 6 Joe Worsley, 5 Paul O'Connell, 4 Simon Shaw, 3 Phil Vickery, 2 Matthew Rees, 1 Andrew Sheridan.

Replacements: 16 Ross Ford, 17 John Hayes, 18 Alun-Wyn Jones, 19 David Wallace, 20 Tom Croft, 21 Harry Ellis, 22 James Hook.
