Leon Pryce has agreed a deal to join Catalan Dragons at the end of this season after deciding to end his spell with St Helens.
The Great Britain international will become Catalan's first English signing of the Super League era, with Pryce agreeing a three-year contract with the French outfit.
The 29-year-old was due to run out of contract with Saints at the end of the current campaign and has now decided to team up with Warrington second rower Louis Anderson across the Channel.
Pryce, who has been included in England's elite training squad for the Four Nations, has won four Grand Finals during his time with Bradford and St Helens and Catalan officials feel that experience could prove crucial for their developing squad.
Dragons coach Trent Robinson revealed: "One of our targets for 2012 was an England international who has the ability to change a match and Leon definitely fits these criteria. We are looking forward to his contribution to the progression of rugby league at the Dragons."
Catalan chairman Bernard Guasch has also hailed the signing, claiming the capture of Pryce is "one of the high points of the club's history", topped only by the signing of Stacey Jones in 2006.
