Defending champions Leeds Rhinos suffered a third loss in six games in Super League this season as they went down 26-20 at Huddersfield Giants.
Converted tries from Shaun Lunt and Lee Gilmour saw the home side roar into a 12-point lead within the first 15 minutes at the Galpharm Stadium, before Leeds responded with tries from Rob Burrow, Danny McGuire and Ryan Hall before the interval, all of which were converted by Burrow.
When the scrum-half landed a penalty early in the second half it was 20-12 to the Rhinos, but that was the spark for a Giants comeback.
A Larne Patrick try and Leon Cudjoe's third conversion of the game drew the home side to within two points, before a converted score from Martin Aspinwall gave the Giants the lead.
A late Cudjoe penalty ensured a home win which lifted Huddersfield up to third place in the table and left Leeds in a lowly seventh.
Harlequins fell to the foot of the table as they lost 26-22 at home to Salford City Reds, who registered their first win of the campaign.
Steven Tyrer was the hero for the victors, scoring a hat-trick of tries at the Twickenham Stoop.
