Hull's home clash with Leeds Rhinos is the stand-out tie of the Carnegie Challenge Cup fourth round draw.
Leeds, who have won the last four Super League titles but have not claimed the Cup for over a decade, will need to be at their best if they are to win next month's KC Stadium encounter.
There are three other all-Super League ties, with last year's beaten finalists Huddersfield Giants facing Hull KR, Harlequins playing Wakefield Trinity Wildcats and struggling Salford City Reds making the trip to the Catalans Dragons.
"It's a tough draw," admitted Rhinos coach Brian McClennan. "We'll have to perform very well to beat Hull on their ground.
"It's part of the drama of the Challenge Cup that there are some tight encounters and exciting draws.
"We'll take it one game at a time and that's all you can do. It's one hell of a challenge, going to Hull and playing them at their ground.
"We won't be looking any further than the first minute of that game and making sure we're in there competing and putting in a good performance and if we don't we'll be out."
Last year's winners Warrington Wolves host Championship side Featherstone while Wigan Warriors face Sheffield in a repeat of the 1998 final which the Eagles won.
St Helens have been drawn at home against Toulouse while the only amateur side definitely though to the fourth round, Siddal, have been drawn against against Batley.
The full draw is:
York v Crusaders
