Bradford Bulls forward Craig Kopczak will miss the start of the new Super League season after breaking his leg.
Kopczak was injured during Thursday's 18-16 pre-season friendly victory over Hull KR at Craven Park.
"I'm pleased with what we got out of the game but disappointed that Craig Kopczak has broken his leg," said coach Steve McNamara.
"I don't know what happened to him. He lost the ball in the tackle and then suffered the injury. It's very disappointing for us.
"You don't want to be picking up injuries right before the season starts."
The Bulls begin their Super League campaign with a trip to Huddersfield Giants on February 5.
