Leeds Rhinos clinched a place in the Super League Grand Final with a 27-20 victory over Catalans Dragons at Headingley.
Two tries apiece from Ryan Hall and Danny McGuire, one from Scott Donald and seven points from the boot of Kevin Sinfield were enough to see off the French side and set up a showdown with either St Helens or Wigan Warriors.
Rhinos head coach Brian McClennan said after a hard-fought victory: "We had players that did some nice things, but probably weren't as consistently good as they normally are.
"We hold our hands up - we could have done better. But in some ways it's nice that we didn't fire all our shots.
"We've got experience of winning Grand Finals and timing is everything. It's a matter of us getting our timing right.
"That was a tough match. They were good and dominated for long periods.
"We weren't surprised because they are so big and skilful. It was a good effort by them and they must feel a little bit unlucky. We're rapt to have got the win."
