European number one Lee Westwood is among a group of four players who share the lead going into the final round of the Dubai Desert Classic.
Englishman Westwood shot a third round 68 to join Spanish duo Miguel Angel Jimenez and Alvaro Quiros and Thailand's Thongchai Jaidee at the top of the leaderboard on 11-under par.
Defending champion Rory McIlroy lies in fourth place, two shots off the lead, with Italy's Edoardo Molinari and Australian Marcus Fraser a shot further back.
Martin Kaymer of Germany is eighth on seven-under par, but Wales' Stephen Dodd drifted out of contention with a 76 which dropped him back to eight shots off the pace.
McIlroy said after his round of 69: "It could have been better. I stayed patient and took a couple of chances when they came along.
"When I am chasing in the last round I feel quite comfortable, I like to try and put the leaders under pressure. If I can get off to a good start, I will have a chance."
