Ancelotti speaks of "fun" time with rival managers
Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has spoken of how much he enjoyed chatting about football “like supporters” with a host of other top managers at last week’s UEFA Elite Club Coaches Forum in Nyon, Switzerland.
Others present at this year’s Coaches Forum included Jose Mourinho, Claudio Ranieri, Didier Deschamps, Sir Alex Ferguson, Pep Guardiola, Martin Jol and Roy Hodgson.
Ancelotti, whose Chelsea side have made a blistering start to the Italian’s second season as manager at Stamford Bridge, welcomed the opportunity to touch base with his peers.
He told Chelsea’s official website: "We talk about everything - the rules, the balls, andthey asked us what made the difference during the World Cup and Champions League.
"It is a good moment to have a relationship with the other coaches, it is a good moment during the season because there are the most important coaches in Europe and it is important to know about everything.
“After that, we stay together and speak in the bar like supporters. It is fun."
