Everton and Wolves legend Andy Gray previews tomorrow’s World Cup quarter final involving Brazil and the Netherlands.
Gray, who is a Betfair ambassador said:
“This is possibly the most eagerly-awaited match of the tournament so far and one that many neutrals would have liked to have been the final."
"The Netherlands have been as impressive as they have in a long time and for once have been as solid at the back as they have been inventive and ambitious going forward."
"Don’t underestimate the importance of Arjen Robben’s return to the side either. For all of Wesley Sneijder’s reading of the game and slick passing and Dirk Kuyt’s industry, the Bayern Munich man gives them raw pace, natural width and that element of unpredictability that defenders hate and which no-one else in the side can provide to quite the same extent."
"As for Brazil, well they’ve been the team to beat just as they are in most World Cups but this class of 2010 is more graft and solid defending than step-overs and samba football."
"Kaka has been disappointing for the most part but Robinho has been excellent and Maicon has probably settled that old argument of who is the best right-back in the world for once and for all with his performances in this competition."
"Luis Fabiano had a poor start against North Korea but he’s grown in confidence, his performances have steadily improved and he’ll be well up for this match."

"I’ve spoken above about how well these two sides defend but look at the attacking players taking to the pitch and you have to fancy goals here. So over 2.5 goals it is and for my other bet I’m going to push the boat out a little and back the outsiders to edge this after extra-time."
Recommended Bets:
Back over 2.5 goals at 2.36
Back the Netherlands to win after extra time at 16.0
