Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has sprained his ankle and will miss two to four weeks according to Sky Sports News.
The Manchester United talisman limped off at the end of their 2-1 defeat to Bayern Munich and there were fears the 24-year-old may have sustained ligament damage meaning he could have missed the World Cup.
