French publications L'Equipe and France Football are reporting that Arsenal midfielder Samir Nasri has been taken to hospital in Austria following an injury sustained while training on the Gunners' pre-season tour of the country.
The 22-year-old was transported by two members of staff, reportedly crying in pain, to the regional hospital in Hartberg.
A statement on Arsenal's official website states:
"Samir Nasri has sustained a fractured fibula during this morning’s training session at the Club’s pre-season training camp in Austria.
"The midfielder will be out of action for two to three months."
Arsenal face Austrian side SC Columbia Floridsdorf this evening in their second warm-up game of the week.
