Liverpool keeper Pepe Reina believes the pressure is getting to Manchester United and his team will be ready to capitalise as they look to win the title this season. Reina admits the Liverpool players are desperate to make up for their Champions League defeat against Chelsea and can now focus all their attention on winning the league.Liverpool are currently one point behind Sir Alex Ferguson's side who have struggled to find their best form in their last four league games.

And Reina believes the United players are struggling to cope with the pressure of retaining their title and feels Liverpool stand a great chance of winning the league for the first time since 1990.

Reina said: "I hope Manchester United will drop points. It seems like they're not playing at their best. We'll have to see what happens. They are under a lot of pressure.

"They are leaders and are in a great situation. All we can do is try to win every game. We will never give up, we are Liverpool and that's our character, it's the way we are. We will fight until the end.

"There are six games remaining and we must win them all."

Reina admits he was to blame for the crucial goal which got Chelsea back into the tie at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night.

The Spanish keeper diverted Didier Drogba's near-post flick from Nicolas Anelka's cross into his own net when Liverpool were in pole position and leading the game 2-0. Chelsea went onto win the tie 7-5 on aggregate.

Despite the heartache of crashing out of the competition, Reina admits the players could not have done anymore to try and turn the game around after losing the first leg 3-1 at Anfield.

Reina added: "It was bad positioning in my case. I was too much in the middle and should have been closer to the near post. It was my mistake and I have to recognise that. That's the life of the keeper. I should have stayed.

"We were very disappointed but we must be proud of ourselves. We gave it all but we couldn't manage to turn them over. But we should be proud of this performance.

"To be 2-0 up was terrific for us. We had plenty of chances in the first half and there was just one team in it - Liverpool. It could have been more than 2-0."
