Modric's agent claims he could leave Tottenham
Luka Modric could make a summer switch to Juventus, according to the Croatian's agent. The Tottenham ace has impressed under Harry Redknapp recently and representative Sabatino Durante reckons he may join the Old Lady - but they must offer at least £22.3million. Modric joined Spurs from Dinamo Zagreb last summer but could make a swift exit from the Premier League after Juventus admitted they are keen to replace Pavel Nedved.
Nedved will retire from football at the end of the season and Durante reckons Modric is a ready-made replacement for the Czech ace.
"Modric certainly could go to Juventus, but a lot depends on the economic situation," Durante told the Evening Standard.
"He will not leave London for any less than £22.3million. Modric has been one of the best midfielders in Europe for the last two or three years.
"He can play in Nedved's position, just behind the strikers. Basically, he can do everything."
