Senderos ready to return to the Emirates
Arsenal's Swiss defender Phillipe Senderos is set to return from Milan ahead of schedule. The centre back is on a year long loan from Arsenal following a difficult spell in and out of the first team at the Emirates. However the big centre half has failed to make an impact at the San Siro, making a handful of apperances, despite Milan's need to replace aeging defenders Paulo Maldini and Alessandro Nesta.
Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti is ready to sign two proven centre backs in the January transfer window to provide competition for Maldini and Nesta. Liverpool's Daniel Agger, Roma's Phillipe Mexes, Simon Kjaer of Palermo and Brede Hangeland of Fulham are Ancelotti's top targets in Janaury.
Arsenal have defended poorly this season conceding nineteen goals in sixteen games in the Premier League and Wenger is ready to give the big Swiss a last shot at rescuing his career at the Emirates.
