The English Cricket board will meet each England player individually to discuss their return to India for the two-Test series, which is set to take place in Chennai on December 11. England's security advisor Reg Dickason gave the city the all-clear after the terror attacks on Mumbai but a number of players are reportedly not keen on a return. There has been no official announcement on whether the team will return to the country following the Mumbai massacre, but reports claim the team will return for the Test series.

ECB Chief selector Geoff Miller will contact each player in turn, with doubts over Steve Harmison, Andrew Flintoff and Graeme Swann's willingness to travel.

The players have been promised top level security upon their possible return to India, with the marine commando force - the Indian equivalent of the SAS - ready to look protect them.
