Marcos Maidana has promised he will go all out to secure victory and the WBA title when he takes on Amir Khan at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on Saturday.

The dangerous Argentine has vowed to bring to the party his formidable punching power and is convinced he has the skills set to spoil Khan's celebrations.

The Bolton fighter is looking to build on his late stoppage of Paulie Malignaggi in New York in May when he takes to the bright lights of Vegas for the first time in his blossoming career.

Now under the tutelage of Manny Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach, Khan is already dreaming of unifying the light-welterweight division next year - but his tough South American opponent has other ideas.

"I'm not worried about his boxing ability," said the Argentinian. "I'm prepared for anything that he does."

The Santa Fe native, nicknamed 'El Chino' - boasts an impressive record of 29 wins - 27 of them inside the distance - and his only defeat came against Khan victim Andreas Kotelnik.

The 27-year-old believes the pressure is all on 24-year-old Khan and says he is ready to go the distance in what promises to be a fascinating clash of styles.

He added: "If I can get a knockout it's good, but I'm ready for a 12-round fight. Khan says that he plans to fight with me. That's good for me, because when I land, the fight will be over."
