David Haye will take on Audley Harrison in an all-British second defence of his WBA world heavyweight title.
Haye, who won the title after defeating giant Russian Nikolay Valuev on points in November 2009, has revealed the fight will take place at Manchester's MEN Arena on November 13.
In his first defence, the Londoner defeated American John Ruiz at the same venue in April.
"At one stage I had a lot of respect for Audley but over the years that respect has turned to disdain," explained Haye.
"It's now time for me to go out there and close the Audley Harrison show once and for all.
"The public want to see one final high-profile destruction of Audley Harrison and I'm only too happy to do my duty for the British people."
Harrison had urged Haye to agree to the high-profile bout following his first defence and the pair traded verbal blows in the media throughout the summer.
The 38-year-old has struggled to live up to his reputation as a future world champion which followed his gold medal performance at the 2000 Olympic Games.
Harrison reignited his faltering career by winning the EBU heavyweight title after knocking out Michael Sprott in April.
The fight will be the first all-British world heavyweight title affair since Lennox Lewis defended his WBC crown by stopping Frank Bruno in 1993.
"I've said it many times that I will be a world champion before I retire and now I get the chance to fulfil my destiny in boxing," said Harrison.
"So go ahead, write me off but I can't wait for the day when A Force Harrison destroys Mr Haye."
