Manu Ginobli made his long-awaited comeback from injury for the San Antonio Spurs and scored 12 points as they won 94-81 against the Memphis Grizzlies. Gonobli has missed San Antonio's first 12 games die to the injury and played 11 minutes, with his points tally added to by George Hill (20) and Roger Mason (18).Tim Duncan also added 14 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks, while O.J. Mayo scored 26 points to lead the Memphis scoring charts.

"I felt pretty good about it," said Ginobili. "I didn't rush it a lot. I took my time, found the open seam, made a couple of shots. I wasn't thinking about a great game on my first one, so I'm happy with what I did."

And Duncan paid tribute to the Argentinean's impact.

"He gave us a boost when everything went dead," said Duncan when asked about Ginobili. "We gave him the ball a couple of times in a row, and he was able to get to the free throw line.

"He really picked us up in a time that we were struggling."
