Sebastien Ogier extended his lead at the Che Guevara Energy Drink Tour de Corse on Saturday.

The Frenchman, who is bidding his fourth world rally drivers' title, managed to win two of the four mountain road speed tests near Bastia as the 32-year-old battled his way through the longest leg of the three-day asphalt event.

The Volkswagen Polo R driver, who won all four of Friday's special stages, will take a 46.5sec lead into the final day on Sunday with Thierry Neuville's Hyundai i20 lying in second after he won the final stage despite a scare.

Andreas Mikkelsen's Polo R lies in third place while Saturday's opening stage winner Kris Meeke saw his day end early after sliding into a tree in the following stage.
