Mariano Rivera became the second reliever to reach the 500-save milestone after helping the New York Yankees claim a 4-2 win over the New York Mets for a Subway Series sweep.Rivera joins Milwaukee's Trevor Hoffman, who has 571 saves, as the only major leaguer with 500.Rivera had four outs as the Yankess claimed a fifth successive win on the road.
"I had one thing in mind—just try to do something," Rivera said.
