Walsall keen to call on leading scorer Erhun Oztumer

Walsall will hope to have top scorer Erhun Oztumer in the squad against Swindon as he failed to even make the bench for the 1-1 draw against Shrewsbury after returning to training following a knee injury.

On-loan Celtic centre-back Eoghan O'Connell made his comeback against the Shrews following a hamstring injury and is set to continue.

Midfielder Florent Cuvelier featured as a second-half substitute in that game after recovering from a hamstring problem and will be pushing for a start on Monday.

Mitch Candlin made a brief appearance as a substitute and will hope to be involved again, but fellow midfielder Reece Flanagan remains sidelined after dislocating his shoulder.

Swindon's John Goddard should be fit to face the Saddlers.

The midfielder suffered a facial injury in Friday's draw with AFC Wimbledon but the problem does not appear to be too serious.

Right-back Nathan Thompson is likely to remain sidelined through injury, with Brad Barry set to continue deputising.

Robins boss Luke Williams has no other selection concerns.
