Louis Van Gaal has set his sights on winning the Premier League this season. The Man United manager was speaking after his team’s thumping of QPR on Sunday, and the 65 year-old has admitted his ambition is to bring the trophy back to Old Trafford: "I want to win the Premier League title, If it is not this year then the second or third year. I want to give a championship to the fans." Van Gaal’s 'Gaalacticos' stole the show, with both Di Maria and Herrera feature on the score sheet, as the Red Devil’s recorded their first win of the season.

The former Netherlands coach however, also insisted the need for improvement, and insists they can always get better: When you have a result of 4-0 then you can be happy as a coach, but you always have points you can improve. We have always to analyse what we have done. The result is fantastic, but we can get much better." This may have been a convincing victory for the fans, but United have a bigger test lying ahead on Saturday, where they come against a inform Leicester side, who have adjusted to life in the top division so far with confidence and maturity.
