Southend at full strength

Southend boast a clean bill of health ahead of the clash with Accrington.

The Shrimpers thumped Rochdale to open up a three-point cushion between themselves and eighth-placed Oxford and Jacob Murphy looks set to make his first home start for the club after a memorable display on Friday.

The Norwich loanee created the game's opening goal for Barry Corr before volleying in the second and he will line up alongside Kevan Hurst, who will make his 100th appearance for the club.

Phil Brown's in-form side have lost just one of their last eight League Two games.

Kai Naismith could come into the starting line-up for Accrington.

The Scot stepped off the bench to net a last-gasp equaliser against Mansfield on Friday, a point which lifted his side four clear of the relegation zone with three games remaining.

Full-back Laurence Wilson (groin) and striker Marcus Carver (knee) are both back in full training but the match might just come too soon.

Stanley have won just one of their last six games but victory over the Shrimpers would secure League Two football for another season.
