Millers won't toy with Fisher and Price

Rotherham will check on Darnell Fisher and Lewis Price ahead of the visit of Ipswich.

Fisher limped out of Easter Monday's defeat at Reading with a calf injury while Price has been absent for the last two games with a bout of tonsillitis.

Anthony Forde will also be monitored after he also missed the Easter weekend with an ankle problem.

The Millers go into their penultimate home game of a harrowing season having lost 11 of their last 12 games.

With Ipswich now safe following last weekend's 3-1 home win over promotion-chasing Newcastle, manager Mick McCarthy expects to freshen up the starting XI against the relegated Millers.

Midfielder Danny Rowe and forward Kieffer Moore are among those who could feature having both joined the Suffolk club in January, while 17-year-old Andre Dozzell may be handed another chance to impress along with on-loan Reading striker Dominic Samuel and injury-plagued Teddy Bishop.

Goalkeeper Dean Gerken has been struggling with a shoulder problem, so will be assessed.

Danish defender Jonas Knudsen (shoulder) and centre-half Steven Taylor (hamstring) remain out, along with Adam Webster and midfielder Luke Hyam, who are both recovering from ankle problems.
