Morrison boost for Royals

Sean Morrison could return to the Reading squad for the visit of Huddersfield.

Morrison has been sidelined since November with a knee injury but has now played in two reserve matches to build up his fitness.

Fellow defender Wayne Bridge is also on the mend but will not quite be ready to return from his knee problem.

Midfielder Danny Guthrie completes a two-match ban for collecting 10 yellow cards this season while Danny Williams (knee), Mikele Leigertwood (ankle) and Jem Karacan (cruciate) remain on the sidelines.

Huddersfield defender Joel Lynch has stepped up his bid to return to action but is expected to miss out again.

Lynch, who has returned to full training, has missed the last seven matches due to a hip injury.

Manager Mark Robins made four changes for the home draw against Middlesbrough in midweek - leading goalscorer James Vaughan started on the bench - and has no new injury or suspension problems.

Huddersfield are chasing their first league win in six matches in their bid to finish the season in the top half of the table.
