QPR v Aston Villa

Harry Redknapp made two changes to his QPR side as they looked to move off the foot of the Barclays Premier League table with a win over Aston Villa.

Sandro recovered from a groin problem to retain his place in midfield but Nedum Onuoha missed out with a hamstring injury as Eduardo Vargas came into the team.

Rob Green returned in goal after overcoming an illness as Alex McCarthy, his replacement in the 3-2 defeat to Liverpool, was ruled out with a thigh strain.

Out-of-form Villa made four alterations following a 3-0 loss at Everton as Matt Lowton, Ciaran Clark and Andreas Weimann were recalled, as was Carlos Sanchez for his first appearance in more than a month.
