Team of the week: Butland, Azpilicueta, Dann, Coloccini, Kolarov, Mahrez, Silva, Sako, Pedro, Wilson, Costa.

Jack Butland (Stoke) - A string of fine saves, notably from Nathan Redmond and Cameron Jerome, ensured Stoke left Norwich with a point.

Cesar Azpilicueta (Chelsea) - The Spanish full-back finally netted his first Premier League goal on his 88th appearance as the Blues won a thriller at West Brom.

Scott Dann (Crystal Palace) - Edged a bruising encounter with Rudy Gestede at the back and popped up with a towering header in Palace's 2-1 win over Aston Villa.

Fabricio Coloccini (Newcastle) - Typified the Toon's 'thou shalt not pass' attitude as Steve McClaren's side clung on for a goalless draw at Manchester United.

Aleksandar Kolarov (Man City) - Continued his fine start to the season as City registered another shut-out at Everton - and grabbed the opener for good measure.

Riyad Mahrez (Leicester) - The on-song winger grabbed his fourth goal in three games with a stunning curler to secure a point for the Foxes against Tottenham.

David Silva (Man City) - The Spanish magician is at the heart of City's storming start to the campaign and pulled the strings again at Goodison Park

Bakary Sako (Crystal Palace) - Thrown in for a surprise debut against Villa, the former Wolves winger was a constant menace and hit a superb winner.

Pedro (Chelsea) - Talking of debuts, Pedro came up with a goal after 20 minutes and an assist 10 minutes later. What an impact from the Spain star.

Callum Wilson (Bournemouth) - Scored Bournemouth's first Premier League goal and went on to bag a hat-trick as the Cherries picked up their first win at West Ham.

Diego Costa (Chelsea) - Looked back to his brooding, nasty best and scored Chelsea's second goal at The Hawthorns to get off the mark for the season.
