George Baldock recovers from bruised foot in time to face Blades

MK Dons right-back George Baldock is available to face Sheffield United after recovering from a bruised foot.

The defender made a late substitute appearance in Monday's 2-1 win at Southend and has suffered no reaction upon his return to action.

Defender Scott Wootton remains out for the Dons while he continues to recover from the serious knee injury which has kept him out for most of the season.

Dons are 12th in Sky Bet League One ahead of the visit of the champions.

Sheffield United striker James Hanson is battling to overcome a calf injury in time to return to the squad.

Hanson has missed the Blades' last two matches, including Monday's home win against former club Bradford, but is hoping to prove his fitness.

Defender Jack O'Connell is expected to shake off the dead leg he sustained against Bradford and boss Chris Wilder has no other new major injury problems.

Midfielder Samir Carruthers is pushing for a start against his former club, while defender Ethan Ebanks-Landell is also hoping for a recall as the champions bid to improve on their new club record of 28 league games won in a single season.
