Today transfer round-up see's Manchester United linked (once again) with Chile and Juventus tough man Arturo Vidal, impressive Colombian winger Juan Cuadrado and Argentina's injured star Angel Di Maria.

Almost every day this summer the Red Devils have been linked with a move for highly rated Chilean Arturo Vidal, who impressed at World Cup with his national side and now Italian paper Gazzetta dello Sport have said they the Serie A Champions would be willing to sell arguably their best player, although they've previously been playing hard to get with United. Talks are thought to have begun and the Italians report also suggest that Vidal's agent will be flying to Turin this week to move negotiations along. It is thought the Serie A giants are also still after United's veteran left-back Patrice Evra, despite the Frenchman signing a one-year contract extension, meaning the player could be play a vital role in any deal to bring Vidal to Old Trafford.

Another Italian league player who has been linked with United is Colombia's pacey winger Juan Cuadrado. The 26-year-old has been one of the stand out performers at this years World Cup and his club Fiorentina are resigned to losing the player this summer, with Manchester being a possible destination. Manchester United are renowned for their use of athletic wingers but last seasons poor showing from the clubs wide men illustrate why van Gaal may be interested in Cuadrado.

Any move for Cuadrado could also mean the end of £27 million flop Marouane Fellaini with any money recouped from the Belgium internationals sale being put towards a move for Argentina and Real Madrid player Angel Di Maria. The Argentine has stated that a move away from Madrid could be possible and a move to United could happen with the players agent having dealt with the Red Devils on many occasions in the past.
