White winner crushes Clyde

Livingston got the better of Clyde for a second successive Saturday as they won 1-0 after extra-time in their Scottish League Cup first-round tie.

Livi defeated the Bully Wee 2-1 in the Petrofac Training Cup to open their campaign seven days ago and although they needed an additional 30 minutes this time, Jordan White's winner knocked Clyde out of a cup competition once more.

Goalkeepers Darren Jamieson (Livi) and John Gibson made excellent saves in either half of normal time.

After 20 minutes of that half-an-hour period, substitute Jordyn Sheerin brought the ball down and teed up White to fire home and break the Bully Wee's spirit again.
