The 26-year-old winger has been on several Premier league clubs radars but it seems the Colombian only has eyes for Old Trafford.

Fiorentina have slapped a huge £30million valuation on their Word Cup star but such sums may prove no barrier to United as they continue to undertake a money-no-object rebuild of the squad which already looks to be rewarding the club who are looking increasingly secure in a Champions League spot despite injury issues and a pass accuracy of 83%.

United will need to think about the extra demands that a return to Europe will make on their squad and Cuadrado is said to prefer Old Trafford as a Premier League destination and could offer Van Gaal more variety in attack and is still young enough to be a long-term feature.

The Colombian has greatly enhanced his reputation from this World Cup year but the player who was brought to Europe from Udinese and started playing for Fiorentina whilst still having sporting rights shared with Udinese. In 2014 Fiorentina did purchase full ownership over his sporting rights and are aware they are sitting on a valuable player.

As well as interest from Man United the report also claims the player is strongly linked with both Barcelona and Premier League leaders Chelsea.
