There have been some very strange transfer rumours circulating as of recent, but this one has to take the cake.
Reports in Spain have suggested that European giants Real Madrid are planning a January move for Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy.
Vardy is currently the top goal scorer in the Barclays Premier League, scoring ten goals in as many games this season, and has earned an call up to the England squad for the European Qualifiers.
Spanish news outlets Fichajes reported yesterday claiming that Madrid are considering a bid for the 28-year-old to provide competition from Karim Benzema.
Vardy is also a available to play in the Champions League as he has not make an appearance in the competition so far this season.
