Fifers bounce back for win
East Fife bounced back from last week's defeat to Albion with a comfortable 3-1 win at home to lowly East Stirling.
Striker Jon McShane opened the scoring for the hosts when he tapped in a Kevin Smith corner.
Smith added a second on the stroke of half-time after his shot took a wicked deflection which left East Stirling goalkeeper Richard Barnard stranded.
The game was wrapped up midway through the second half when midfielder David Maskrey side-footed home from close range.
East Stirling grabbed a consolation late on through Jordan Tapping's header from Nathan Shepherd's cross but Fife ran out deserved winners.
