Watch Chelsea legend and captain John Terry take on the Shoot For Love football challenge in aid of the Guus Hiddink Foundation.

A number of footballing superstars including Mats Hummels and Carles Puyol have already tackled the Shoot For Love football archery challenge, which was launched by the Guus Hiddink Foundation and Be Kind last May, in order to raise funds and awareness for children with cancer.

John Terry became the latest sports star to have a go, coming out with an impressive score of 84, seeing him join Jonjo Shelvey at the top of the leaderboard. Terry nominated former Chelsea teammates Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba as well as former Liverpool and England star Steven Gerrard. Participants in the Shoot for Love challenge take 10 shots at the target on a giant archery board. For every point scored, the Guus Hiddink Foundation make donations to help children suffering from cancer.

Since the challenges inception the Guus Hiddink Foundation, run by Guus Hiddink, has raised over $200,000.

We are deeply touched by John Terry's act of kindness. His participation in the challenge will provide vital funds for the children".

“He gave us so much attention and listened to everything we had to say. He even offered his jerseys and boots for the charity", said Jun Kim, Director of the Shoot for Love Challenge charity campaign.

“Our goal is to raise childhood cancer awareness on a global scale".
